Sewa kios pedagang Blok M yang relokasi ke lantai dasar gratis 2 bulan

Para pedagang UMKM meninggalkan kios di Blok M lantaran sewanya yang terbilang mahal, Jakarta, Rabu (3/9/2025). ANTARA/Luthfia Miranda Putri.

Jakarta (ANTARA) – Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta bakal menggratiskan sewa kios selama dua bulan bagi pedagang Mal Blok M yang mau direlokasi ke lantai dasar lorong B1 pusat perbelanjaan di Jakarta Selatan tersebut.

"Kalau mereka (pedagang) mau menggunakan tempat ini, maka nanti selama dua bulan, kami berikan kebebasan atau gratis supaya mereka mau pindah ke tempat ini," kata Gubernur DKI Pramono Anung di Mal Blok M Jakarta Selatan, Rabu.

Pramono menjamin lokasi ini lebih bagus dari sebelumnya lantaran adanya mesin pendingin ruangan (AC) dan tempatnya bersih serta tertata.

Tempat relokasi itu sepenuhnya dikelola oleh PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) sehingga diharapkan pengelolaan dana sewa kios bisa transparan.

"Maka tempat ini akan digunakan untuk memindahkan bagi siapapun para pedagang yang mau menggunakan tempat ini," katanya.

Diharapkan para pedagang yang sudah direlokasi nantinya bisa menjaga konduktivitas, kenyamanan dan keamanan.

Relokasi pedagang Mal Blok M ke lorong B1 direncanakan pada September-Desember 2025. Di lokasi tersebut satu pedagang menempati kos dengan luasan yang sama, yaitu 9 meter persegi (m2) per kios diberikan harga sewa sebesar Rp1.800.000 per bulan.

Pramono melakukan peninjauan di lokasi itu berdasarkan berita dari media sosial yang memperlihatkan beberapa kios di Blok M ditutup karena ditagih iuran yang terlalu mahal, yakni Rp15 juta per dua bulan.

Tagihan itu dilakukan oleh Koperasi Pedagang Pasar Pusat Melawai (Kopema).

Padahal sebelumnya terdapat kerja sama antara MRT Jakarta dengan pihak koperasi Blok M. Batas atas dan batas bawah tarif sewa kios juga telah ditentukan, yakni Rp300 ribu sampai Rp1,5 juta per bulan.
